Fair use guidelines for use and reference of AIS trademarks

AIS takes great care in the development and protection of its trademark and reserves all rights of ownership of its trademarks.

Use of AIS logos

AIS carefully limits the use of its logos. No other company may use AIS logos unless it has the express written permission of AIS, or is licensed by AIS to do so.

To obtain permission to use any AIS logo, contact AIS at (562) 795-7740 and ask for Corporate Branding.

Use of "AIS" as a company name

"AIS", the 3 letters in text, is both a trademark of Advanced Integrated Solutions Inc., and an abbreviation of its company name. When "AIS" is used to identify the company Advanced Integrated Solutions, Inc., it is called a trade name. Trade name usage typically applies when referring to a company as opposed to a particular product. It is permissible to use AIS as a possessive if you are referring to AIS the company. In that case the name does not identify goods or services (which are legally the domain of trademarks).

Incorrect use of AIS trademarks

• Do not omit a footnote/attribution for AIS trademarks.

• Do not alter the approved AIS trademark.

• Do not create any new logo for AIS.

• Do not misspell or use lower case letters when using the name AIS in text.

• Do not use the AIS taglines.

• Do not use the AIS trademark name for a product or service as a noun, or in the plural form.

• Do not misspell or incorrectly capitalize the AIS trademark. Always include the letters AIS before the trademarked AIS name on the first usage.
